The Brief

Shopify 2.0 Architecture & Development

Standard stock themes often fail to meet the demands of modern D2C scaling — lacking dynamic subscription UI, flexible section architectures, and sub-second performance out of the box. This concept project was built to solve those exact limitations.

Taking a baseline Dawn setup as a foundation, we re-architected it into a feature-rich D2C storefront showcase. The brief was to demonstrate a production-ready engineering suite: 15+ modular Liquid 2.0 sections, bespoke PDP logic with dynamic Recharge savings, AJAX-powered filtering, and an ultra-lightweight performance baseline built to modern industry standards.

The left column renders a structured article list featuring index numbering, post meta, and excerpts, while the sticky right container dynamically shifts featured imagery upon article hover.
